The dog park at Magnuson in the Sand Point neighborhood sets itself apart from the pack with extras like the off-leash beach and a special area for shy and small dogs. At nine acres, it's also one of the largest off-leash areas in the city, and the only one to feature an in-park coffee stand, Java Dog Espresso. Most of all, it's a nice place for owners, too. "My dogs get to run around in big fields and I get to have an enjoyable path walk," one reader wrote. Sounds like the best of all worlds.
