It doesn't have the salty breezes and sweeping waterfront views of many of the venerable Seattle seafood restaurants it was up against, but you don't mind gazing out at the men's shoe department as long as you're enjoying a king salmon that makes your mouth water. The Nordstrom Grill is a little-known haven of fine dining that exists only in the downtown Seattle, Bellevue and Indianapolis stores. Their seafood-heavy menu celebrates the company's Seattle roots with selections like shrimp and crab Louis, a grilled wild salmon and a $14 order of halibut fish 'n' chips that some say is the best in town.
