Ballard's hot new pan-Asian bar is picking up accolades across the board -- you love its music, its dim sum, its "sexy bar staff" and more. But at the end of the day, you're all about Tigertail's happy hour (well, the happy hour and the fact that the bar is "not full of jerks"). There's something to be said for a place that serves $3 well drinks, $1 PBRs, $5 Jagermeisters, $6 Fernet-Brancas and discounted wines and drafts between 3 and 6 p.m. daily -- and that something, apparently, is "you win."
