Sounders FC officials said Thursday that approximately 14,000 tickets have been sold for the team's home leg in a CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal against Mexico's Santos Laguna.

The game kicks off at 7 p.m. on March 7 at CenturyLink Field.

Some might view that figure as a little low -- particularly with Toronto FC possibly on pace to sell out a 45,000 capacity set-up at the Roger Centre in a similar game -- but there's still a month to go.
